About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure the delivery of contractually agreed services to our valued clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the customer interface on all elements of the operational contract across internal functions, processes, and people.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement programs focused on enhancing the customer's operational experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Identify and address potential issues before they impact customer satisfaction.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an international environment and dealing with international customers.
- Proven experience in a data center or telecommunication sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high customer focus.
- Fluent in German and English.
