About the Role
As a Customer Success Team Lead at Interxion, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning and execution of Customer Success plans and programs. This includes recruiting, coaching, and growing a high-performing CSM team, as well as managing the customer interface on all elements of the operational contract across internal functions, processes, and people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve sales and revenue growth targets
- Develop and implement Customer Success strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Manage customer relationships and contracts to ensure successful delivery of operational services
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and individual performance
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in leading a Customer Success Team or Customer Support
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a data center sector or telecommunication, 5+ years' experience in an international environment and in dealing with international customers
- Fluent in German and English
- Expert know-how in working within defined KPIs and schedules
- Expert in contract and SLA management, Service Improvement and Process Management
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent organizational management skills (ability to manage competing priorities and quickly pivot as required by the organization)
- Strong customer and service orientation and ability to work independently to create an outstanding customer experience
