About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure the delivery of contractually agreed services to our valued clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of operational services, ensuring seamless customer experience across internal functions, processes, and people.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive continuous improvement programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Proactively manage contract and SLA performance, ensuring timely delivery of services and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an international environment, with a proven track record of dealing with international customers.
- Strong background in data center or telecommunication sectors, with experience in customer support, CRM, service management, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high customer focus.
- Fluent in German and English.
