About the Role

As a key member of our Customer Success Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective administration, coordination, and evaluation of Customer Success plans and programs. This involves recruiting, coaching, and growing a high-performing CSM team, as well as successful planning and responsibility distribution within the team.

Main Responsibilities

  • End-to-end holistic delivery of operational services for key strategic customers, managing the customer interface on all elements of the operational contract across internal functions, processes, and people.
  • Ensure that contractually agreed services are delivered for defined global and local accounts.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in leading a Customer Success Team or Customer Support.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a data center sector or telecommunication, 5+ years' experience in an international environment and in dealing with international customers.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Expert know-how in working within defined KPIs and schedules.
  • Expert in contract and SLA management, Service Improvement and Process Management.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational management skills (ability to manage competing priorities and quickly pivot as required by the organization).
  • Strong customer and service orientation and ability to work independently to create an outstanding customer experience.
