About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at OVHcloud. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the adoption and satisfaction of our customers, building customer loyalty, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell OVHcloud services to customers.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics, and develop strategies to improve them.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement customer success plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing and IT services, with experience in sales, marketing, or customer success.
  • Fluency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level required).
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
