Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Customer Success Partner to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product management, and professional services, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Develop and execute customer-facing processes and scalable outreaches to drive customer adoption and renewal
- Act as an interface between product management and customers to drive product development and improvements
- Share insights and best practices with SAP Signavio strategists to inform product development and customer success initiatives
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a business development or account management capacity
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Experience in email marketing and content creation, with a focus on driving customer engagement and adoption
- Proficient communication and presentation skills in German and English
