Position: Sales Director - DACH Region

Location: Remote with travel across DACH

Compensation Package: €230,000 - €260,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive enterprise-level new business development, focusing on client acquisition throughout the DACH region, particularly in the Financial Services sector.
  • Utilize a distinctive intelligent storage solution, backed by dedicated presales and marketing support.
  • Adopt a client retention strategy to ensure long-term relationships with acquired accounts.
  • Explore opportunities for career progression to the role of COUNTRY MANAGER, contributing to the overall leadership of the organization.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in selling sophisticated data solutions to enterprise clients within the DACH region, with a strong emphasis on storage technologies.
  • Proven success in engaging with the Financial Services sector, supported by a well-established network.
  • Demonstrated ability as a new business developer, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
