We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing team, you'll gain hands-on experience and contribute directly to our business by identifying and qualifying leads, supporting the sales process, and managing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive lead lists and qualify leads through various communication channels.
  • Assist in the sales process and develop automations to close deals.
  • Manage customer accounts, develop business intelligence, and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Improve communication channels by learning from customer interactions.
  • Ensure CRM data is accurate and up-to-date, and develop and present reports.
  • Prepare shipments and maintain customer communication during the shipment process.
  • Improve and maintain our website and set up public communication channels.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and make recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong self-organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and balance multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
