About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Max Mara Fashion Group. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing account marketing plans for key accounts in the reference country, aligned with the marketing annual plan of the selected brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement account marketing plans for key accounts in the reference country, aligned with the marketing annual plan of the selected brands.
- Support presentations for sales teams and operate as the main point of contact among HQ, local organization, and accounts' counterparts.
- Coordinate campaigns and product-focused messaging in partnership with all HQ departments and contributors.
- Ensure consistent communication in line with company standards and brand guidelines.
- Constantly check assigned budget, in line with brand guidelines and in full respect of internal procedures.
- Assist in gathering feedback to HQ teams on performance of concepts and on toolbox readiness.
- Partner with retailers proactively on SEM, SEO, and metadata strategies as they relate to company products.
- Use knowledge on social and digital channels to help accounts increase company's sell-through.
Requirements
- University graduate with a focus in business management and/or marketing.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing or commercial roles; international experience would be a plus.
- Preferred industries: fashion (lifestyle and streetwear), sporting goods, or entertainment.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Advanced user of MS Office suite of products.
- Good negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Good presentation and project management skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Understanding of our core brand values.
- Other skills: drive, passion, and leadership/team commitment/decision-making and autonomy/adaptability and openness to change/proactivity in problem-solving/deadline and budget-oriented.
