Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Max Mara Fashion Group. As an Account Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Marketing Plans: Create and implement account marketing plans for key accounts in alignment with the marketing annual plan of selected brands.
- Support Sales Teams: Provide support to sales teams through presentations and coordination with headquarters, local organization, and account counterparts.
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate campaigns and product-focused messaging in partnership with headquarters departments and contributors.
- Communication and Budget Management: Ensure consistent communication in line with company standards and brand guidelines, while managing assigned budgets in accordance with brand guidelines and internal procedures.
- Performance Monitoring and Feedback: Assist in gathering feedback from headquarters teams on performance of concepts and toolbox readiness.
- Retailer Partnerships: Partner with retailers proactively on SEM, SEO, and metadata strategies as they relate to company products.
- Social and Digital Channels: Utilize knowledge of social and digital channels to help accounts increase company sell-through.
- Education: University graduate with a focus in business management and/or marketing.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in marketing or commercial roles, with international experience a plus.
- Industry: Preferred industries include fashion (lifestyle and streetwear), sporting goods, or entertainment.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English.
- Technical Skills: Advanced user of MS Office suite of products.
- Soft Skills: Good negotiation and relationship building skills, good presentation and project management skills, passion for the fashion industry, and understanding of our core brand values.
