Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving our sales pipeline and working closely with our Business Development Manager to achieve our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Filling our sales pipeline with qualified B2B leads and driving the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Providing exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status
- Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports for data-driven decisions
- Recording sales trends and developing sales strategies to drive business growth
- Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handling administrative duties for the company and its executives and management teams
- Scheduling customer meetings and conferences
- Enrolled in a top-tier university related to economics, business, or another related area
- Optional: Experience with Pipedrive or other sales tools
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and independent in your work with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm for mobility and sustainability
- Communicative, energetic, and an excellent team player with the ability to solve problems
- Entrepreneurial thinking makes you a competent contact person who not only 'sells' but also works out solutions together with potential customers to create true added value
- Fluent in German and English
- Availability for at least 6 months, starting as soon as possible
- An experienced, highly motivated, and fun team to learn and grow together
