Als Business Development Representative bei SPREAD GmbH spielst Du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Förderung unseres Software-Vertriebs und trägst maßgeblich zum Unternehmenserfolg bei.
Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse potenzieller Kundenunternehmen und arbeitest mit diesen eng zusammen, um nachhaltige Lösungen durch unsere Plattform und Software zu entwickeln.
Deine Aufgaben- Kundenforschung: Verstehen der Herausforderungen und Bedürfnisse potenzieller Kunden, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungskonzepte zu entwickeln.
- Prospecting & Outreach: Kontaktaufnahme mit mittelständischen und großen Unternehmen in der DACH-Region durch Kaltakquise, E-Mails und LinkedIn, um die Fähigkeiten unserer Software in den Bereichen Datenanalyse und -optimierung vorzustellen.
- Kundenbetreuung: Pflege von genauen und aktuellen Kundendaten in Salesforce.
- Lead-Qualifizierung: Vorqualifizierung neuer Leads und Zusammenarbeit mit Account Executives, um erfolgreiche Produktdemonstrationen zu planen.
- Branchenschwerpunkt: Spezialisierung auf die Automobil- oder Luftfahrtindustrie, je nach Expertise und Interesse.
- Erfahrung im Outbound-Vertrieb: Du kannst mit uns im Sales einen Marathon laufen und hast das Durchhaltevermögen, konstant neue qualifizierte Leads via Cold-Outreach zu beschaffen.
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe: Du lernst schnell und adaptierst neue Qualifizierungs-Frameworks wie z.B. MEDDICC oder SPIN
- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Fließende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation in Deutsch. Hohe emotionale Intelligenz und eine proaktive, positive Einstellung.
