Business Development Representative

Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly motivated and talented Business Development Representative (Outbound) to join our sales team for the DACH market. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing consultative sales skills and growing professionally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with an Account Executive to find qualified business opportunities
- Research relevant markets and gather key prospect information
- Carry out outbound campaigns via email and over the phone
- Understand prospects' businesses and highlight Aircall's value to raise curiosity and interest
- Book meetings with an Account Executive
- Document daily activities in Salesforce (training provided)
- Travel with the team to events
- Fluent in German
- Bilingual in English is a plus
- Willingness to develop sales skills
- Organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work in an international and diverse environment
- Enthusiasm and positivity
