About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at RoomRaccoon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and manage outbound leads to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Utilize CRM software to effectively manage and track interactions with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless communication.
  • Analyze market trends and tailor strategies to increase conversion rates and optimize sales performance.
  • Proactively engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, and social media, to articulate the value proposition and spark interest.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outbound initiatives with overall business goals and drive growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably with a background in hospitality and/or SaaS.
  • Sales/business development experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey messages in written and verbal form.
  • Experience with CRM software and email marketing tools.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
