Senior Brand Strategist (m/f/d)

  • Direct the cross-functional brand team, which includes market access, supply chain, medical, sales, business intelligence, and other relevant divisions
  • Formulate and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to optimize the commercial potential of our vaccine division in Germany
  • Develop, oversee, and implement a clear tactical plan to achieve objectives aligned with strategic priorities, focusing on distinct KPI orientation
  • Analyze and interpret market trends and health policy changes to identify and seize market opportunities, allowing for timely interventions when necessary
  • Create business cases, assume full forecasting responsibilities, and manage the product life cycle
  • Provide strategic guidance, marketing materials, and product training to the sales teams
  • Manage assigned marketing budgets and project timelines effectively
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders at both national and regional levels

For this position, we seek a candidate with a strong combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in economics, natural sciences, or a related field; qualification according to AMG § 75 paragraph 2 preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management for prescription products; experience in the vaccine sector is advantageous
  • Proven experience in leading larger interdisciplinary project teams
  • Exceptional digital/omnichannel marketing capabilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High capacity to work under pressure while managing timelines and complex tasks
  • Proficient in both written and spoken German and English
