Global Senior Product Strategist

We are seeking a proactive and seasoned Global ( Senior) Product Strategist (m/f/d) to oversee a vital healthcare product range on an international level. As the authority on advanced renal therapy systems, you will be instrumental in steering strategic projects, product innovation, and market expansion initiatives. The emphasis here is on a comprehensive therapy solution that includes hardware, software, consumables, and treatment applications. This role presents an exhilarating chance to enhance patient care and propel healthcare advancements.
Your responsibilities
Market Engagement: address product- and therapy-related inquiries from sales & marketing and assist with proposal specifications and client requests Strategic Planning: formulate and implement a detailed product strategy for renal systems in alignment with the organization's objectives, market dynamics, and client requirements in the Critical Care sector, while also supporting global market entry strategies and product launches Innovation Development: work closely with interdisciplinary and agile teams, including engineers, designers, and healthcare professionals, to drive the complete product innovation process. Convert client needs into product specifications and user narratives International Collaboration: engage closely with our regional teams and business associates across more than 90 nations. Propel revenue growth and profitability of the healthcare product range on a global scale Product Introduction: facilitate product introductions to ensure commercial success and client satisfaction. Be the authority on your products while motivating sales teams to excel in communicating the features & advantages of our offerings Field Engagement: be a crucial part of our success narrative and the future expansion of our organization. Make a difference by connecting with our clients and colleagues through hospital visits and industry eventsYour qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in natural sciences or engineering, ideally with a focus on medical technology At least 5 years of product management experience in the medical device or healthcare sector, preferably with a focus on active medical devices and a solid grasp of technical aspects Familiarity with extracorporeal blood purification methods, dialysis-related product & therapy expertise, or intensive care technology would be beneficial Possessing a commercial perspective, prior experience in medical device sales would be advantageous Strong cross-cultural awareness to align product and therapy discussions on a global scale and to collaborate effectively in problem-solving Excellent communication skills at all levels, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and solutions, and keep colleagues and stakeholders informed Openness to occasional international travel (up to 30% of working time) Proficient in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German and additional languages would be a plus Career with Impact We provide an opportunity to develop and deliver treatments that save and enhance lives.
