(Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d)

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced (Senior) Product Manager to join our team at Mylan Germany GmbH (A Viatris Company). As a key member of our cross-functional brand team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to maximize the commercial potential of our vaccine business in Germany.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the cross-functional brand team, consisting of market access, supply chain, medical, sales, business intelligence and other relevant departments
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to maximize commercial potential
  • Develop, monitor and execute clear tactical plans to meet objectives
  • Analyze and interpret market trends and health policy developments to identify market opportunities
  • Create business cases and manage product life-cycle
  • Provide strategic direction, marketing and promotional materials, and product training to sales teams
  • Manage allocated marketing budgets and project timelines
  • Establish close working relationships with key stakeholders at national and regional level

**Requirements**

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in economics, natural sciences or equivalent, qualification according to AMG § 75 paragraph 2 preferred
  • At least 5 years' experience in product management for Rx products, experience in vaccine business is an advantage
  • Experience in leading bigger interdisciplinary project teams
  • Excellent digital / omnichannel marketing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High ability to work under pressure (handling timelines and complex tasks)
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
