Senior Brand Strategist (m/f/d) Role Overview & Responsibilities

Every day, we rise to the challenge of making a difference, and here’s how the Senior Brand Strategist role will contribute:

  • Lead a cross-functional brand team, including market access, supply chain, medical, sales, business intelligence, and other relevant departments.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to maximize the commercial potential of our vaccine business in Germany.
  • Create, monitor, and implement a clear tactical plan to achieve objectives aligned with strategic priorities, guided by distinct KPI orientation.
  • Analyze and interpret market trends and health policy developments to identify and seize market opportunities, allowing for timely interventions when necessary.
  • Formulate business cases, assume full forecasting responsibility, and manage the product life cycle.
  • Provide strategic direction, marketing materials, and product training to sales teams.
  • Oversee allocated marketing budgets and project timelines.
  • Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders at both national and regional levels.
Qualifications & Experience

We seek a candidate with a strong combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in economics, natural sciences, or a related field; qualification according to AMG § 75 paragraph 2 preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management for prescription products; experience in the vaccine sector is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in leading larger interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Exceptional digital and omnichannel marketing skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong capacity to work under pressure, managing timelines and complex tasks.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
