Partner Account Manager - Northern Germany

Position Overview:
As a vital member of our Channel Team, you will play a key role in managing, developing, and expanding our partner relationships, directly impacting our company's revenue streams. Our Partner Account Managers oversee all aspects of business planning, channel management, enablement, sales coaching, marketing initiatives, and forecasting. This multifaceted position requires collaboration with various teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Distribution, and Operations, to meet revenue objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and ensuring our partners receive the necessary support to fulfill their sales and marketing goals.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Experience in reseller or channel sales.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of partner market strategies and economics.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements to assess partners' fiscal health and align our business with their success criteria.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
