We are seeking a highly capable Strategic Account Manager to join our sales team and drive revenue growth for SunExpress. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for our strategic customers on the international market, including the acquisition of new partners, price and seat negotiations, contract conclusion process, renewal of seasonal contracts, and development of incentive systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer price negotiations with international tour operators and key customers within a dedicated range.
  • Calculate prices for full-charter operations upon request.
  • Prepare seasonal contracts and monitor the signing process.
  • Offer tour operators and key customers current and new routes for the upcoming season.
  • Prepare and update Master Agreements, Charter Contracts, and appendices.
  • Work on various tour operator requests, such as planning new routes, cancellations, and updates of seat allocations, price reductions, and adjustments to side-letter agreements.
  • Optimize the functionality of the sales system for the Tour Operator Relations Department, set up user specifications, and generate change requests.
  • Act as the key contact for the Tour Operator Relations department regarding functional adjustments, change requests, and user guidelines.
  • Organize sales meetings to inform and coordinate with other Commercial departments.
  • Optimize internal processes by creating templates, tables, and spreadsheets.
  • Represent the company at travel fairs and tour operator presentations.
  • Monitor the market and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education as a travel agent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a related work area.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, with experience in airline or tour operator reservation systems an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German, with good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Analyzing and strategic decision-making skills.
