Key Responsibilities:

  • As an HR Strategic Partner (m/f/d), you will manage operational personnel processes for employees of KION Group AG, guiding them throughout the entire employment lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Acting as a proactive advisor, you will support and counsel leaders at all levels on various HR matters.
  • You will actively participate in local and global projects, contributing to the enhancement of HR standards and processes, ensuring their consistent implementation within your area of responsibility.
  • Oversee global talent, performance, and compensation processes for the executive areas of CEO, CFO, and CPSO, while establishing a collaborative network with international stakeholders across our business sectors and countries.
  • Together, we will evolve our HR department into an internationally coordinating HR Key Account Management for the aforementioned central function executive areas.
  • Become part of a dedicated team of HR Strategic Partners and HR professionals, working closely and trustfully—also on a global scale—with other operational and corporate HR departments, as well as with the works council.

Qualifications:

  • You hold a degree and possess several years of experience as an HR Strategic Partner (m/f/d) or in a comparable operational HR role, preferably within an industrial corporate environment, and enjoy international collaboration.
  • Knowledge of labor law is essential, ideally with experience in the application of collective agreements.
  • Your work style is characterized by independence, precision, and a solution- and customer-oriented approach.
  • You have excellent proficiency in MS Office, experience with a human resource management system (preferably Workday), and communicate fluently in both German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Your engagement, reliability, and strong communication and intercultural skills enable you to work joyfully within a committed team.
