Primary Objectives

  • To enhance market presence through strategic business development across potential national and pan-European accounts.
  • To oversee and nurture current client relationships.
  • To identify, target, pursue, and secure competitive strategic sales opportunities, actively managing the expansion and deeper engagement of these accounts.
  • To create and execute a systematic approach for participating in and responding to national tenders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual revenue, profit, and unit targets.
  • Drive pipeline growth and explore prospective sales opportunities.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure security and penetration.
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations and application needs.
  • Coordinate and oversee the tender process.
  • Identify, cultivate, and onboard new accounts into contractual agreements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships internally and externally through sales support, finance, dealers, and aftermarket services to influence support and maximize sales potential.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of complex solution selling and a structured sales methodology. Relevant training, work experience, and management coaching are beneficial.
  • Innovative and tenacious business development capabilities.
  • Expertise in prospecting and negotiating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in responding to tender requests on a national and pan-European scale.
