As a Technical Account Manager (m/f/d) at Splunk, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the adoption and optimization of our platform for key clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality mentorship on enterprise-level architecture, configuration, optimization, and data governance within complex Splunk environments.
  • Execute strategic adoption initiatives, including regular meetings, documentation, and showcasing the value generated from your engagements with clients.
  • Design and prioritize solutions addressing scalability, performance, integration, technical debt, usability, and data hygiene.
  • Conduct assessments focused on guided outcomes, such as cost reduction and risk mitigation, to enhance customer efficiency and performance.
  • Assist clients with capacity planning and readiness for major projects.
  • Act as a dedicated contact for customer needs, ensuring successful adoption and technical resolutions.
  • Lead interactions with technical support teams, managing high-priority cases and preventing future incidents.
  • Engage with various teams to share insights and drive collective success.
  • Contribute to team achievements through process improvements, collateral development, and training initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing strategic accounts requiring high-level resolutions.

Splunk Platform Expertise:
  • 5+ years of experience with Splunk administration and usage.
  • 3+ years of experience in Splunk implementation and development.
  • 2+ years of experience with Splunk Cloud.
  • Experience with Cloud Migration projects.
  • 3+ years of experience in Splunk architecture.
  • Ability to deploy and manage complex Splunk environments.
  • Thorough understanding of Splunk Deployment Methodology.
  • Expertise in multi-tier Splunk architectures and scalability.
  • Strong SPL skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with all Splunk-related products is preferred.
