Head of Marketing Strategy (m/w/d)

As a seasoned professional in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Advertising (SEA), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing division as a member of the executive team. We invite you to lead our growth initiatives as the Head of Marketing Strategy (m/w/d).

Key Responsibilities
  • Steer the organization towards becoming a prominent entity in the luxury travel and finance sectors as part of the executive leadership.
  • Prioritize the enhancement and expansion of marketing efforts within the affiliate and finance domains.
  • Formulate a unified marketing approach for our hotel product, reisetopia Hotels.
  • Guide, mentor, and nurture our marketing personnel (SEO, Paid, Social Media) in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
  • Strategically plan all marketing initiatives based on historical performance and the exploration of new marketing avenues.
  • Effectively implement planned campaigns with partners, managing substantial budgets alongside our affiliate team.
  • Augment our successful search engine marketing efforts with our SEO specialists.
  • Oversee and optimize performance marketing campaigns across search engines and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure continuous improvement of reisetopia offerings.
Candidate Expectations
  • A minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven mindset.
  • A growth-oriented approach, embracing experimentation and a proactive attitude.
  • Exceptional communication and team leadership abilities.
  • A collaborative spirit in management.
  • Extensive experience in performance marketing (Google, Meta, Bing).
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine marketing.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing is a plus.
  • Background in luxury travel, luxury accommodations, or financial products is desirable.
