Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Innovation and Strategy leader to join our team at Wolt. As the Head of Marketing Innovation and Strategy, you will be responsible for defining and leading the vision for our Marketing Platforms, enabling teams to deliver top-tier performance and engagement marketing campaigns across our B2C & B2B marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and Lead the Vision and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our Marketing Tech Platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving growth.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams to identify opportunities, build business cases, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
  • Technical Resource and Vendor Management: Act as a technical resource for Growth Marketing, managing and prioritizing Product & Engineering requests, and overseeing the evaluation, onboarding, and performance of all MarTech vendors.
  • Product Adoption and Training: Develop and implement training programs to maximize platform potential and enhance marketing operations and governance processes.
  • Strategic Insights and Recommendations: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform business decisions.
  • Marketing Tech Stack Management: Manage and build the Marketing Tech Stack across both B2C & B2B sides of Wolt, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Qualifications:

  • Marketing Technology Expertise: Proficiency in marketing technology, app, and/or subscription-based businesses, with experience in MarOps & BI systems.
  • CRM and AdTech Systems: Deep understanding of CRM and AdTech systems, with experience in Iterable, Braze, Salesforce, or Appsflyer/Adjust.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams, mentoring talent, and defining long-term career competencies for growth-led teams.
  • Digital Privacy Policies: Experience with digital privacy policies, such as Apple's App Tracking Transparency Framework.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences and negotiate with external partners.
  • SQL and BI Tools: Strong expertise in SQL and BI tools, with hands-on experience in Snowflake.
