About the role:
In line with our strategic growth, we are on the lookout for a proactive and dedicated Head of Mobile Marketing Strategy (m/f/d). This pivotal leadership position will spearhead our mobile marketing efforts across multiple countries. If you are passionate about shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at boosting user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our mobile applications, we encourage you to consider this exciting role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Mobile Marketing Initiatives & Team: Direct and oversee our mobile marketing strategies across various regions, ensuring alignment with our broader business objectives. You will also establish and guide a dedicated mobile marketing team.
- Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and implement robust strategies to enhance our active mobile user base through effective marketing channels, including mobile web-to-app transitions and paid acquisition methods such as Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, and Meta.
- User Engagement and Retention: Drive app engagement by creating and executing customized CRM activities, app-specific promotions, and retargeting strategies.
- App Store Optimization: Manage our app store presence, utilizing App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques to boost visibility and traffic.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across product, CRM, customer acquisition, creative, and analytics teams. Lead and coordinate with external agencies to achieve our mobile marketing objectives.
About You:
- You possess extensive experience in mobile marketing and are driven to elevate our marketing strategies.
- Your approach is customer-centric and data-informed. You take initiative and excel in leading cross-functional projects.
- You are fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as German, French, or Italian is advantageous.
- You have the flexibility to work remotely but are open to occasional in-office meetings.
