Deine Aufgaben- Du bist mit deinem Team der zentrale Ansprechpartner für Paid Social innerhalb der Agentur.
- Gemeinsam mit deinen Gruppenleitern und einem 20-köpfigen Team verantwortest du standortübergreifend die Paid Social-Strategien unserer Kunden – von der strategischen Kampagnenplanung über die Betreuung und Qualitätssicherung bis hin zur Optimierung und Auswertung der Kampagnen.
- Du entwickelst aktiv zukunftsorientierte Visionen, Strategien und skalierbare Prozesse für die inhaltliche und strukturelle Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs und bist für die Förderung deiner Teammitglieder verantwortlich.
- Dabei behältst du stets die Umsatz- und Rentabilitätsentwicklung im Blick, handelst verantwortungsbewusst und setzt kontinuierlich positive Wachstumsimpulse für deinen Bereich und die Agentur.
- Du treibst die Automatisierung von Prozessen voran und förderst den Ausbau der Nutzung von Tools.
- Du repräsentierst die Agentur als Expert*in für Social Advertising nach außen und schärfst damit das Profil der Einheit und der Agentur.
- Du teilst dein Wissen mit deinen Mitarbeitenden und unterstützt sie in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung.
- Die Führung und Weiterentwicklung deines Teams liegt dir am Herzen.
- Du schaffst ein positives Arbeitsumfeld und motivierst deine Teammitglieder, ihre Fähigkeiten optimal einzusetzen.
- Du bist neugierig, leidenschaftlich, kommunikativ und empathisch.
- Du bist Expert*in im Bereich Paid Social und brennst für die Verbindung von Social Insights, Influencer Marketing und Content mit Social Advertising und Paid Media.
- Deine Begeisterung für digitale Trends und Innovationen ist ansteckend und du weißt, wie du Kolleg*innen und Kunden für Social Media Themen begeistern kannst.
- Das Team steht für dich an erster Stelle und du zeichnest dich durch einen motivierenden, verlässlichen und wertschätzenden Führungsstil aus.
- Du kennst den Markt und verstehst, wie Medien und Marken funktionieren.
- Du bist bestrebt, Traditionen zu hinterfragen und neue Ansätze zu entwickeln.
- Du hast Beratung im Blut und betrachtest die Ergebnisse stets aus der Perspektive deiner Kunden.
- Ob in Deutsch oder Englisch – du liebst es, deine Ergebnisse zu präsentieren.
- Und das Wichtigste: Du hast den Antrieb, Veränderungen herbeizuführen und nicht nur zu reden, sondern auch zu handeln.
