Regimen stands at the forefront of digital holistic care for andrological health. Our innovative solutions empower clients and their partners to address their most personal health concerns without the need for pharmaceuticals or surgical interventions.

We are in search of a dynamic marketing strategist who will spearhead our marketing initiatives and manage our financial resources effectively. Your role will encompass crafting a comprehensive marketing strategy, executing it meticulously, and monitoring its success. You will adopt a hands-on approach, focusing on return on investment while keeping an eye on the overall vision. We are eager to learn more about you

Key Responsibilities

Your contributions will include:

  • Formulating both immediate and long-term strategies for global direct-to-consumer promotion of our offerings, aimed at achieving substantial channel expansion and measuring outcomes.
  • Overseeing analytical processes to transform insights into actionable strategies, managing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention from concept to implementation.
  • Identifying enhancements to the consumer onboarding experience.
  • Enhancing our online presence and driving multi-channel customer growth.
  • Establishing go-to-market strategies and communication plans for our products, creating marketing materials that foster adoption and revenue generation.
  • Setting the vision and strategy for building and nurturing the marketing team, encouraging creativity and innovation for sustained growth.
  • Leading collaborations with agency partners to ensure seamless cooperation.
Qualifications

You should possess:

  • A wealth of experience in fast-paced settings, such as high-performing startups, scale-ups, or online marketing agencies.
  • A deep understanding of:
  • Digital and mobile marketing techniques, including SEO/SEM.
  • Conversion metrics, amplification strategies, and the economic value of marketing investments.
  • Advertising and branding principles.
  • Creative approaches to growth hacking and product marketing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
  • A proven track record of translating business needs across various divisions, languages, and cultures.
  • Strong copywriting and editing capabilities, along with a passion for leadership – we seek someone who will grow with the organization and enjoys collaborating with others, managing budgets, and making informed decisions.
  • The courage to take calculated risks, make decisions, test various strategies, learn from failures and successes, and delegate successful initiatives.
  • Fluency in English (minimum C1-C2 level).
