About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Key Account Manager for Italy to join our Sales team at KoRo Handels GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners in Italy, driving sales growth, and optimizing our sales processes to ensure the best possible supply of products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in Italy, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize our sales processes to ensure the best possible supply of products and services to our customers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Performance Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth, monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Italian market, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and effective communication to drive business results.
About You
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the Italian food sector.
  • Language Skills: Excellent Italian language skills and very good English language skills.
  • Location: Based in Italy or Berlin.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical skills, experience in controlling, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
