About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Sales team in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, optimizing sales processes, and driving business growth in the Italian market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve customer and territory-related sales and turnover targets
  • Provide exceptional customer support and care, intensifying customer relations and optimizing sales processes
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Operations team, as well as Product development and Management to drive business growth
  • Conduct annual reviews and market analyses to inform strategic decisions
  • Create and manage controlling (e.g. performance reporting) of customers
  • Evaluate key figures to inform operative and strategic decisions

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sales and customer management. You should have at least 3-5 years of experience in dealing with key accounts, ideally in the Italian food sector. You should also have excellent Italian language skills and a very good command of English.
