Your Responsibilities

As a pivotal member of our Sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the Italian retail sector. Your main focus will be to enhance our partnerships and ensure that our diverse product range is well-represented on supermarket shelves across Italy.

  • You will manage and nurture relationships with key clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Your role involves optimizing sales strategies to guarantee exceptional product availability and service quality.
  • You will set and achieve sales and revenue targets specific to your client portfolio and geographical area.
  • Conducting annual performance reviews and market assessments will be part of your responsibilities.
  • Collaboration with the Marketing and Operations teams, as well as Product Development and Management, will be essential to your success.
  • You will oversee the performance tracking and reporting for your accounts.
  • Utilizing key performance indicators will guide your operational and strategic decisions, driving you towards your objectives.

Your Profile

  • You possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing key accounts, preferably within the Italian food industry.
  • Fluency in Italian and a strong command of English are essential.
  • Being based in Italy or Berlin is required.
  • Your analytical skills and experience in performance management are standout attributes.
  • You have a passion for data and are deeply engaged with your KPIs.
  • Confident presentation skills across various organizational levels are vital.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the food sector is crucial.
  • Strong negotiation abilities, dedication, and exceptional communication skills are key characteristics.
  • You are a proactive and results-driven individual with a hands-on approach.
