About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Key Account Manager for Italy to join our Sales team at KoRo Handels GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners in Italy, driving sales growth and ensuring the best possible supply of products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in Italy, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize sales processes to ensure the best possible supply of products and services to customers, resulting in increased sales and revenue.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Italy, developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
About You
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the food sector.
  • Language Skills: Excellent Italian language skills and a very good command of English.
  • Location: Based in Italy or Berlin.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical skills, experience in controlling, and strong negotiation and communication skills.
