Your Responsibilities

Having evolved from a Germany-based online retailer, we are now expanding our reach into the physical retail sector. Join our Sales team at KoRo, where we strive to enhance the visibility of our products in stores across Europe and forge new partnerships daily. As a (Senior) Key Account Manager for Italy, you will play a pivotal role in diversifying supermarket offerings with our extensive product range and establishing new retail collaborations in the Italian market.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Streamline sales processes to ensure optimal product and service delivery to clients.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets specific to your customer portfolio and territory.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and market assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations teams, as well as Product Development and Management.
  • Oversee and manage performance reporting for your accounts.
  • Utilize key performance indicators to inform your strategic and operational decisions, driving success in your role.

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the Italian food industry.
  • Fluent in Italian with a strong command of English.
  • Residing in Italy or Berlin.
  • Possess excellent analytical skills and experience in performance management.
  • Passionate about metrics and fully engaged with your KPIs.
  • Confident in presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for the food sector.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation abilities, commitment, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Professional, driven, and possess a hands-on approach to work.
