Your Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Tonitrus GmbH. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for understanding customer growth from our existing account base through cross-selling and upselling.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer retention and growth in line with individual KPI's.
  • Manage constantly incoming new B2B customer streams and identify customer demand to prepare quotations.
  • Embrace the powerful features of our CRM system and work independently with a high degree of self-organisation.
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor and/or Master degree and a minimum of 3 years work experience in B2B sales. You should possess strong communication skills, customer-centric thinking, and enthusiasm for sales and the circular economy/circular IT.

  • Fluent language skills in Italian and good English skills for our internal communication.
