- You will be tasked with providing dedicated support to key clients, fostering strong relationships that drive mutual growth.
- Your focus will be on optimizing sales strategies to guarantee that our products and services meet customer needs effectively.
- You will set and achieve sales and revenue targets specific to your accounts and territories.
- Conducting annual performance reviews and market assessments will be essential to your role.
- Collaboration with the Marketing and Operations teams, as well as Product Development and Management, will be a key part of your daily activities.
- You will oversee the performance reporting and controlling for your accounts, ensuring that data-driven insights inform your decisions.
- Analyzing key performance indicators will guide your strategic and operational choices, helping you to meet your objectives.
Your Profile
- You bring at least 3-5 years of experience in managing key accounts, preferably within the Italian food industry.
- Fluency in Italian and a strong command of English are essential.
- Being based in Italy or Berlin is required.
- You possess excellent analytical abilities and have a solid background in performance management.
- Your passion for data and key performance indicators is evident in your work.
- You are skilled in presenting information confidently across various organizational levels.
- A genuine enthusiasm for the food sector is a must.
- Strong negotiation skills, commitment, and exceptional communication abilities are fundamental to your success.
