As a key member of our Distribution & Usages business group, you'll play a crucial role in providing reliable cabling systems and smart energy solutions to make buildings and power networks more efficient, sustainable, and people-oriented.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to colleagues and customers
- Conducting training courses for office and field staff, as well as customers
- Coordinating inquiries and customer feedback with various departments
- Classifying products according to customer specifications
- Creating technical presentations and test demonstrations for customers
- Participating in benchmarking activities, market analyses, and customer research
- Supporting R&D colleagues in conducting technical trials and validating prototypes
- Coordinating adjustments to the product portfolio with R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A university degree in electrical engineering or civil engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Experience with processes and systematics in project and product management
- Knowledge of MRP
- Strong analytical, strategic, and technical thinking skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- A willingness to travel to external laboratories and customers
