Role: Business Development Manager (M/F/D)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to colleagues in Customer Service and our clientele.
- Facilitate training sessions for both office and field personnel, as well as for customers.
- Manage inquiries and customer feedback, coordinating with various departments such as Sales and R&D.
- Classify products based on customer requirements.
- Develop technical presentations and conduct test demonstrations for clients.
- Engage in benchmarking activities and perform market, competition, and customer analyses.
- Assist R&D teams in executing and documenting technical trials and validating prototypes.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to implement immediate measures and devise solutions.
- Prepare assembly instructions, supplier declarations, technical guidelines, and certifications.
- Coordinate modifications to the product portfolio (product catalogs) in collaboration with R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
Required Qualifications:
- A university degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project and product management processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with MRP systems.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and technical reasoning abilities.
- Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
- Willingness to travel for external laboratory visits and client meetings.
