Business Development Manager

Nexans Power Accessories Germany GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Hof. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships, product innovation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and drive product innovation
- Develop and maintain product portfolios to meet customer needs and drive business growth
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams
- University degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
