Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Distribution & Usages business group, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to colleagues and customers
- Conducting training courses for office and field staff and customers
- Coordinating inquiries and customer feedback with various departments
- Product classification according to customer specifications
- Creating technical presentations and test demonstrations for customers
- Participating in benchmarking activities and market, competition, and customer analyses
- Supporting R&D colleagues in conducting and documenting technical trials and validating prototypes
- Supporting the supply chain team with immediate measures and finding solutions
- Preparing assembly instructions, supplier declarations, technical instructions, and declarations
- Coordinating adjustments to the product portfolio in conjunction with R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- University degree in electrical engineering or civil engineering or comparable qualification
- Experience with processes and systematics in project and product management
- Knowledge of MRP
- Analytical, strategic, and technical thinking skills
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to travel, e.g., to external laboratories and customers
