WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The BOXER 8x8 armoured vehicle has been developed through a collaborative programme between Germany and the Netherlands by the international consortium ARTEC GmbH in Munich, Germany.
ARTEC is a joint-venture of KNDS Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, Rheinmetall Military Vehicles GmbH, and Rheinmetall Defence Nederland B.V. It serves as the prime contractor responsible for the BOXER Programme, overseeing series production and managing export opportunities.
- Management of proposals, coordinating and issuing proposals to official services.
- Management of contracts, including negotiation of new contracts and amendments to existing contracts.
- Coordination of terms and conditions within the joint-venture and negotiation with official services.
- Providing input for relevant ARTEC reports and monitoring status summaries.
- Acting as the point of contact for commercial/legal matters at ARTEC.
- Assisting the Commercial Manager in preparing proposals for new business opportunities.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Bachelor/Master of Business Administration or Law.
- Professional experience in proposal preparation and contract negotiation, preferably with a solid legal background.
- Work experience in the defence sector is an advantage.
- Strong team skills and excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Structured and analytical approach to work.
- Proactive and empowering work style.
- Willingness to travel and work in a multinational team.
