Exciting Opportunity in Clinical Research
Careforce is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the healthcare industry. With over 20 years of experience, we help companies find the perfect specialists. We are currently seeking a candidate for a Clinical Research Contract Specialist role.
Our client is a global biotechnology company.
Your Responsibilities:
- Creating contractual agreements for clinical trials and other studies in coordination with international/local study teams and the legal department
- Negotiating commercial contracts and budgets with partners within defined parameters
- Finalizing project budgets based on international guidelines in close collaboration with the international study team leaders
- Managing financial transactions and quarterly honorarium payments to research centers including invoice processing and final review
- Preparing and monitoring confidentiality agreements and insurance certificates for clinical trials
Your Profile:
- Minimum 2 years experience in clinical research (CRA/CRO or similar) with a degree or professional qualification
- Experience in managing quarterly payments to research centers, including invoice processing and final review, is desirable
- Independent and results-oriented work style with excellent organizational and planning skills
- Quality and responsibility consciousness, good negotiation skills, and analytical thinking abilities
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel, database usage, and detailed knowledge of SAP/eFinity system
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
- Effective and friendly communication style with a problem-solving attitude
