Sales Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Process Evaluation and Enhancement:
Analyze current operational workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and devise methods to improve overall productivity.

Sales Tools Management:
Collaborate with the CRM team to oversee and enhance sales tools and systems, ensuring they effectively support the sales team’s performance.

Data Oversight and Reporting:
Manage sales data integrity, ensuring accuracy and uniformity. Generate insightful reports to aid in strategic decision-making.

Cross-Department Collaboration:
Engage with sales, marketing, legal, and finance departments to ensure cohesive operations and alignment across functions.

Training and Development:
Facilitate training sessions for the sales team on new processes and tools, promoting smooth transitions and adoption.

Performance Measurement:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of process enhancements and encourage ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Consulting, Project Management, or related fields. Proven track record in a dynamic environment with expertise in process optimization and project oversight. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficient in CRM platforms like Hubspot. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects while adhering to deadlines. Initiative-driven with a capacity to manage projects from inception to completion. Strong critical thinking and business insight. Detail-oriented with a knack for navigating complex processes.
