Position Overview

We are looking for a (Senior) Sales Operations Manager (all genders) to enhance operational effectiveness within our sales division. This role entails the design and refinement of sales workflows, the implementation of sales technology solutions, and the provision of strategic insights aimed at boosting sales performance and efficiency. You will leverage your analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of SaaS sales dynamics to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing a robust sales infrastructure and optimizing processes. You will take the lead in various sales and cross-departmental projects, driving initiatives forward with a proactive mindset and a focus on effective execution to positively influence the growth of LucaNet.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and execute sales operations strategies, processes, and policies to enhance the sales cycle, elevate sales efficiency, and stimulate revenue growth. Oversee the optimization of our CRM system and manage the implementation and enhancement of additional sales technology solutions to bolster sales effectiveness and scalability. Evaluate sales data and metrics to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making. Assist in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and deal review processes to ensure accuracy and transparency in sales performance and revenue forecasts. Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and other departments to ensure that sales operations are integrated with overarching business goals. Aid sales leadership in defining sales territories, quotas, and compensation structures that align with business objectives and promote sales productivity. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance, pipeline health, and operational efficiency, developing strategies to address gaps and meet targets. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SaaS sales operations, recommending innovative solutions to enhance sales effectiveness. Manage and maintain our sales knowledge repository and support our sales enablement initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales process management, or related roles within B2B SaaS. Profound understanding of SaaS sales processes, methodologies, and metrics. Demonstrated success in enhancing sales performance and operational efficiency. Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management skills and a solution-oriented approach. A high level of enthusiasm for optimizing business processes. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
