Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Evaluation and Enhancement: Analyze current operational workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and formulate strategies to elevate overall performance.
  • Sales Tools Management: Collaborate with the CRM team to oversee and refine sales tools and systems, ensuring they effectively support the sales team's objectives.
  • Data Oversight and Reporting: Manage sales data integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Produce reports that deliver insights and aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure cohesive operations and alignment across functions.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions for the sales team on new processes and tools, promoting smooth transitions and adoption.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of process enhancements and foster continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Consulting, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Experience in a fast-paced business environment.
