About AMBOSS: We are a forward-thinking organization seeking a Sales Operations Manager to significantly contribute to the enhancement of our operational effectiveness. This role is pivotal in assessing current workflows, pinpointing deficiencies, and executing strategies to boost sales productivity and performance. A strong emphasis on teamwork, project management expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement is essential, as you will be reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Evaluation and Enhancement: Analyze current business workflows, identify areas of inefficiency, and formulate plans to improve overall operational performance.
  • Sales Tools Management: Collaborate with the CRM team to oversee and refine sales tools and systems, ensuring they effectively support the sales team's objectives.
  • Data Oversight and Reporting: Manage sales data to guarantee accuracy and consistency, and produce reports that provide valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Engage with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure cohesive operations and alignment.
  • Training and Development: Offer training and support to the sales team regarding new processes and tools, facilitating seamless implementation and adoption.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of process enhancements and promote ongoing improvement.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Consulting, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process enhancement and project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly Hubspot.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive approach to driving and managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Robust critical thinking and business insight.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, capable of navigating complex processes.
