We are in search of a (Senior) Sales Operations Manager (all genders) who will be instrumental in enhancing operational effectiveness within our sales division. Your role will encompass the design and refinement of sales workflows, the implementation of technological solutions for sales, and the provision of strategic insights aimed at boosting sales performance and operational efficiency. You will leverage your analytical expertise and comprehensive understanding of SaaS sales dynamics to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your experience will be vital in establishing a robust sales infrastructure and optimizing processes within the Sales Operations team.Key Responsibilities
Formulate and execute sales operations strategies, processes, and policies to enhance the sales cycle, elevate sales efficiency, and drive revenue growth. Lead the enhancement of our CRM system while overseeing the implementation and optimization of additional sales technology solutions to bolster sales effectiveness and scalability. Evaluate sales data and metrics to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making. Assist in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and deal review processes to ensure precision and transparency in sales performance and revenue forecasts. Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and other departments to ensure the integration of sales operations with overarching business goals. Aid sales leadership in defining sales territories, quotas, and compensation structures that align with business objectives and enhance sales productivity. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance, pipeline health, and operational efficiency, devising strategies to address gaps and meet targets. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SaaS sales operations, recommending innovative solutions to improve sales effectiveness. Manage and sustain our sales knowledge repository and support our sales enablement initiatives.Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales process management, or related roles within B2B SaaS. Profound understanding of SaaS sales processes, methodologies, and metrics. Demonstrated success in enhancing sales performance and operational efficiency. Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Robust project management skills and a solution-oriented mindset. A genuine enthusiasm for optimizing business processes. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities. Proficiency in English - Fluent/Native (additional languages are a plus).Employee Benefits
