The Role

We are looking for a (Senior) Sales Operations Manager (all genders) to enhance operational excellence within our sales organization. Your responsibilities will include designing and refining sales workflows, implementing technological solutions for sales, and delivering strategic insights to boost sales performance and efficiency. With a strong analytical mindset and a comprehensive understanding of SaaS sales dynamics, you will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. Your experience will be crucial in establishing a robust sales infrastructure and optimizing processes. You will take an active role in sales and cross-functional projects, driving progress with a proactive approach focused on effective execution to positively influence the growth of LucaNet.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and execute sales operations strategies, processes, and policies to streamline the sales cycle, enhance sales efficiency, and drive revenue growth. Lead the optimization of our CRM system and oversee the implementation and enhancement of other sales technology solutions to support sales effectiveness and scalability. Evaluate sales data and metrics to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Assist in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and deal review processes to ensure accuracy and visibility into sales performance and revenue projections. Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of sales operations with overall business goals. Support sales leadership in defining sales territories, quotas, and compensation plans that align with business objectives and drive sales productivity. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance, pipeline health, and operational efficiency, developing strategies to address gaps and achieve targets. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SaaS sales operations, recommending innovative solutions to enhance sales effectiveness. Manage and maintain our sales knowledge base and support our sales enablement program.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales process management, or related roles in B2B SaaS. In-depth understanding of SaaS sales processes, methodologies, and metrics. Proven success in driving sales performance and operational efficiency. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Experience with Salesforce CRM. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management skills and a solution-oriented mindset. High enthusiasm for optimizing business processes. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Fluent/native English (additional languages are a plus).
