Technical Sales Account Executive

Company Overview: Supermicro Computer is a leading provider of advanced computing solutions. We are currently in search of a skilled Account Manager to enhance our sales operations.

Position Summary: The successful candidate will possess a robust background in technical sales, adept at cultivating business relationships and surpassing sales objectives. This position requires the management of sales accounts, delivering product insights, collaborating with multiple departments, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales accounts while providing comprehensive product information
  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, production, and logistics teams
  • Address customer orders, credit inquiries, and product returns
  • Prepare reports and assist team members as needed
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales role
  • Skilled in data entry and order management
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in both German and English
