Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Administrative Assistant** to join our team at Bertrandt. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional support to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and facilitate the processing of orders related to sensors and spare parts.
  • Coordinate sales initiatives and handle various administrative duties to support the sales team.
  • Assist in the logistical management of equipment projects, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
  • Act as a liaison for customers, suppliers, and sales partners, fostering strong relationships.
  • Prepare and design presentation materials for client meetings and proposals.
Qualifications
  • Completion of a commercial education with a focus on technical products.
  • Experience in sales within an industrial environment and knowledge of quality management processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
  • Familiarity with internal ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with additional language skills being a plus.
