Position Overview

The Senior Account Executive will play a pivotal role in maximizing sales profitability, enhancing market presence, and driving growth in the DACH region. This position involves effectively targeting new accounts and nurturing existing relationships to support Precisely's ambitious growth objectives and reinforce our status as leaders in Data Integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Precisely's Automate product offerings and their advantages.
  • Articulate Precisely's value proposition to foster meaningful client interactions across various business sectors.
  • Generate pipeline growth through strategic prospecting and lead generation initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage all phases of the sales pipeline to consistently meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Formulate and implement strategic actions and business plans to drive revenue growth within the designated territory.
  • Utilize Precisely's CRM daily to plan, execute, and document sales activities.
  • Provide precise forecasting and reporting to sales leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Precisely's Pre-sales and Professional Services teams to develop compelling business proposals based on our solutions.
  • Contribute to market strategy by analyzing market data, competitive offerings, and feedback from prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 5 years of sales experience in enterprise software solutions, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in SAP is essential.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Exceptional sales skills with a strong ability to close deals, particularly in enterprise software solutions (SAP).
  • Ability to cultivate relationships at all organizational levels with prospects, clients, partners, and within Precisely.
  • Self-motivated with robust planning, technical, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management capabilities.
  • Good business acumen, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of information communication and technology concepts and architecture.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage time/resources for optimal efficiency and productivity.
